We are a family hotel in downtown Neuquén. We work so that every guest finds a comfortable place, attended by people who know the city and are available at any time.
In 1913, Jacobo Eddi and Julia Zerahia arrived in Neuquén from Roshpirvá, Palestine, when the city had no more than two thousand inhabitants. They opened their shop on Sarmiento Street and raised a family of six children.
Half a century later, their son Víctor built Hotel Crystal on Avenida Olascoaga. It opened on January 14, 1966, with ten rooms.
Today there are forty-five rooms and ninety-nine beds, and the same vocation for hospitality that began with that family.
